I would imagine people leave games out of anger and/or helplessness in a losing game. Rather than focusing on their own gameplay and looking for areas to improve, they throw accountability out the window and point fingers.

I think Blizzard should be focusing on winning the confidence of its core user base back. It’s no secret the game is struggling in terms of balance (see the 5v5 vs 6v6 debates), content (see battle pass replacing loot box system), and gameplay advances.
