Overwatch: Classic Mode is Bringing Back 2016 Overwatch!

      Wow, they’re adding an Overwatch: Classic mode, taking us all the way back to 2016! Only the original 21 heroes and maps like Hanamura and King’s Row. They even brought back things like Reaper’s soul globes and Genji’s original Dragonblade! This feels like a blast from the past, and I’m curious how it’ll feel to play the old way with those mechanics and ult charge rates. Anyone else excited to dive into the classic mode? What hero are you looking forward to playing old-school style?

      This is so awesome! I started playing a bit after launch, so I missed some of these old abilities. Can’t wait to try classic Cassidy with the flashbang!

      Seeing these old maps and hero kits is bringing back memories! I feel like it’ll be a bit chaotic but that’s half the fun, right?

      playing this mode for the first time tomorrow and I’m excited to try it! i tried to stay unbiased but the reddit notifications have already gotten to me lol
