Looks like Blizzard is bringing 6v6 back for testing in Season 14 with two different formats! First, there’s this ‘Min 1, Max 3’ setup, letting us experiment with more role flexibility, and then classic 2-2-2 but with Overwatch 2 tweaks like reduced CC. As someone who started with 6v6, I’m excited to see how this affects team dynamics, especially tank play. What do you guys think? Do you think these tests could lead to a permanent 6v6 mode, or are they just fun side modes? Curious how others feel!

As a long-time comp player, I’m interested in seeing how the role balance will shift. The Min 1, Max 3 could give teams more creative comps but might feel chaotic. I think the classic 2-2-2 test might be a better indicator if 6v6 could actually work again.

Honestly, I’m just excited to have more players on the field! Feels more like the Overwatch I used to play. I think 6v6 could be really fun as a mode to chill in with friends if they don’t make it too serious.

I’m all for it! I think both formats sound interesting, especially Min 1, Max 3 for its flexibility. Could see some wild comps in there, but honestly, if it works out, I’d love to have 6v6 as a mainstay mode.

I just think it’d be cool to have more people in matches again! Playing with five is fun, but 6v6 gives more room for different strategies, and honestly, it’s less pressure if one person isn’t playing their best. It’d be great as a Quick Play option.
